Fitness blah-g

I got a trainer at the gym and we are doing the 5 session intro thing. Day 1 was yesterday. She wanted to know what motivated me. My off-the-cuff joke was that the gym is my anger management tool. Then, more seriously, I told her about how I reorganized my life priorities and my health was key.

Later I realized that the joke has a lot of truth in it. The gym is where I drain off my anger and frustration. I'm a much calmer person because I have that outlet.
