Cult Leader dies...
Well, sort of. Gary Gygax died this morning.
I know that my life was changed by the gaming club at Beresford Parks and Rec in Belmont in 1984. I was going to a yuppy private school and I did not fit in with my shaggy hair cut and converse basketball shoes. I found my ilk at the community center where I discovered AD&D, Champions, Bureau 13 - Stalking the Night Fantastic, Call of Cthulu, etc.
