Vacationing at the speed of a glacier

I'm on vacation. Well, "Stay"-cation. Anyway, was looking for pics on line of the Spanish synchronized swim team who were not allowed to wear lights, but did do something else noteworthy.. tho no one has posted pictures. go figure. However, I DID find a TON of pictures of the US men's swim team.. Phelps, et al.

Two Questions:
Who gets to shave them?
How do I get that job?
