I'm nibbling away at swims** and runs right now. I'll let you know as the training schedule eases up and I get some better distance going.
** I'm try some "no-touch" intervals in my lap swimming. To help with openwater swims. Do a flip turn before you reach the wall. Straighten out and start the next length without kicking off the wall. So you kill all your momentum a restart every lap. For the number of meters you choose no touching anything.
