Day one of new fitness circuit started last night:
Stair master: 30 min, 350 cal
Treadmill: 6-7 min, 0.6 mi, ~60 cal
Straight-leg dead lifts: 3sets, 40lb bar, 10-12 reps each
2-step Lunge*: 3 sets, 5 reps each leg, 2 sets w/ 5lb dumbells, 1 set just BW
Hip thrust w/ 25 lb plate and hold for 5 squeezes at peak: 1 set 30
Bench Press**: 3 sets of 10 at max effort
Incline Press**: 3 sets of 10 at max effort
Arnold press: 3 sets of 12; 15 lb dumbbell
Lateral raises: 3 sets of 10-12, 5 lb
Crunches: 30/25/20
Twist Crunch: 30/20/20
heal raises: 20/15/12
Overall, very good work out. Almost fell asleep behind wheel when I was done. I definitely gave it all I had. I'm proud that I went and made myself do the side raises, bench and incline-bench - I hate those.
*My name for it. I don't have much space to move around. I step forward with the lunge. Come out of it moving foward. Then, using same "movement leg", step backward into lunge and come out of it by stepping back into my start position. 1 rep = 1 full front and full back. Interesting challenge to keep my balance.
