Running Update.
(no, I really don't think anyone in LJ land gives a hoot. I need to jot this down for me)
Pace solidly down to 9:30 min/mi for 1 hr. Yay.
Working on gettting it down to 9:00 min/mi. Using intervals. It's kicking my butt. I can maintain it for 10 minutes and then need to dial it back.
Today:
5 min warm up
10 min at 9 min/mi
3 min at 9:30 min/mi
10 min at 9 min/mi
3 min at 9:30 min/mi (calves started to cramp)
4 min at =<10 min/mi, (dip down to a brisk walk to stretch out cramps for 1 min, then ramp up to 10 min/mi)
8 min at 9 min/mi
2 min at 8 min/ mi
(cool down) 5 min at 10 min/mi
Total Calories: 600
Mileage: forgot... over 4.7
