I might be a slacker, I'm not sure...(fitness blah-g)

I still have the sleepies really bad.

Swim Goal 1. be able to swim length of triathalon +10% (to take into account zig-zagging) 2. develop the ability to breath on both sides incase the triathalon buoys are on my right. (I currently breath on my left)

Sleepies: fell asleep and missed workouts on:
Friday, Sunday, and Monday. Dang it! What's my damage? I'm such a slacker.
