Recommendations for ISP

I am looking for a website host.

All suggestions welcome. I'd appreciate a "why you recommend" someone along with the recommendation.

What do I need it for? I've been building a personal website and want to get it off Geocities and onto a real service. Right now it's less than 15 MB, but I think it will go up to 30 MB.

I put all my clients onto HostRocket.com Why? Because their help desk helps; their sales desk answers my stoopic cost questions; they have a suite of nice stuff for the webmaster; and lastly, because that's where the WK website was when I took it over and I liked the way it worked, as opposed to the ISP we were using for Albion Works.

hubby likes dreamhost. says it has all kinds of nifty tools built in and it's cheap.
