January Ironman progress

This is for my tracking purpose. I keep forgetting to note it down.
The goal is to do the equivalent of an ironman in a month.
Swim: 4200 yds
Bike: 112 miles
Run: 26.2 miles
recorded as: recently done/ month to date/ goal
This was edited. apparently I can't count. Olympic pool is 50yd lane, not 25yd. The good news: I've done twice as much as I expected and only need to swim half as far as I thought! yay.
