I eat a lot of vegetables between breakfast/lunch and lunch/dinner. Today I had a cup of snap peas (1pt) and 1/2 and apple (1 pt). But usually I have carrots + salsa, peppers, celery + salsa, mushrooms + salsa.. (there is a salsa theme here! lol) I also eat a lot of lean protein.
I think the first thing to focus on that this is a change that you want, find healthy snacks that you enjoy, and journal.
