Tuesday and Wednesday fitness stuff

Tuesday (3/18)
ow! legs very sore.
Night: stationary Bike for 40 min (1)
Weight Lifting (toe-taps, straight leg dead lift, lateral raise - side, lateral raise - front, Abs (4 exercise super set 3 times), was there more? There's usually more, but I don't recall. Humph!

Wednesday (3/19)
Heading out the door to do 2 laps around aquatic park. woot woot!

(1) I started to doze off at least 3x while working on the.. eek.. I didn't realize this was a hazard of the stationary bike. In retrospect, I was probably not keeping my heart rate up.
