I scored 2 pairs of boots in Florence. Apparently, my calves are bigger than my foot-size. We can debate the merits of fitness and biking and whether it's fat or muscle, but it was what it was. I was very sad about the boot situation at first. Then I scored a pair on sale (as promotion!) and another pair that both zip and lace up. Yay!
