You and me both. I lost about 6-8 weeks to injuring my back, then recovering from tonsillectomy, then traveling for work. Yesterday I saw just how far back I've slid. It's not pretty. It's interesting, one of the things I noticed was how much the inertia had set in - I was out of the habit of going to the gym, and suddenly getting all my gear together, and going there, and changing clothes, and running...it all just seemed so onerous and difficult and time-consuming, and wouldn't just sitting at my desk be a lot easier and safer and all-around easier...?
Amazing how fast that mindset crept back in.
