Tuesday - T is for Triumph
Jul. 5th, 2005 11:18 amI'm very proud of myself today. I still have this nagging injury on the bottom of my left foot that makes it miserable to put my weight on it. Despite that, I hauled myself out of bed today at 4:30 to go to the gym. Hurrah! I only did 50 minutes on the life cycle and skipped the weights/muscle machines. It was a short workout because it's been about 6 weeks since I’ve worked out and I didn't really want to hurt myself. But I feel like I'm motivated and getting back into the groove again. Hurrah – exercise!!!
