Apparently I'm too old (or too out of shape!) to pull off 3 work-outs a day for more than 2 days in a row. I woke up this morning, stretched and then started cataloging my aches. I decided to heed my body's signals and get an additional hour of sleep.
I stayed achey so I cancelled my lunch run with Coach B. I did stair-master my guts out for 40 minutes early this eve, so I didn't poop out all together.
Tomorrow I should be able to run in the morning on the treadmill at home. And then run with Coach B at lunch. I have Cal Shakes in the eve. Yay!
