or the lights of the on coming train heading straight for me.

I'm posting, so I must be home. I spent last night hanging with my family (which meant I got home around 9:30 and then fell asleep on the sofa with the kids while watching Wonder Woman, Season 1). But I dragged myself into my own bed. Sweet bliss. I'm exhausted. I have at least 12 hrs of stitching ahead of me today. I'm racing the clock.

This is comparable to mile 9 of a half marathon. A lot is done, but you're not close enough to the end to have that "it's almost done" feeling.

I have NO IDEA if my piece is good or not. I think the cool thing about the upcoming assessment is that the feedback will be specific. I love specifics because those are things I can see, understand and then improve on.

Time to head out; I'm not done with the race and I am worried about the light in the tunnel.
