Oh Right.. Race on Saturday

Saturday is the Olympic Tri at Pacific Grove.
I have no idea what to expect from myself.
1. I haven't been in the water since this time last year at this race.
2. I haven't been on my bike since July 11, Deathride.
3. I'm running a lot; running was halted due to knee injury in February and I took it up again slowly in July. But I'm faster than I was a year ago - trying to train smart.
4. I'm still mentally tough.
5. I'm 5-10 lb heavier than I was a year ago.
I've decided this isn't the ultimate goal of my life, it's a milestone, so I don't need to stress about this. I'll "bring it" like I normally do, I just don't know what I've got in my bag of tricks. That said, I'm setting some goals for the race because without goals I have no motivation.
1. Overall, I'd like to finish in the middle of my age-group pack.
2. Given my lack of swim training, I'd like to finish in 52 minutes. (Yes, I'm a slow swimmer and did it in 45 minutes last year.)
3. Bike: 90 minutes
4. I want to beat my run time from last year. I did it in almost exactly an hour. I'm shooting to shave a few minutes off that. I'm aiming for a 9 minute mile (x6.2 = 56 ish)
