Our camp is generally low key and intent on relaxing and enjoying ourselves. With 6+ little kids in camp, we have to be relaxed otherwise we wouldn't go to events. If it's not fun, then why do it?

My motivation to go to the meetings is to keep people honest and to try and be a non-emotional voice of reason. Before I was ever elevated to any peerage loupnoir said something to me that has stuck with me and which I repeat to myself when I arrive to every council. "Regardless of how I personally feel about them, their work needs to stand on its own."
That bit of wisdom helps me separate out a person's work from any annoying personality traits. I personally differentiate between "non-peer like behaviour" and "they are so annoying I want to bite off my own hand when they talk to me", so it helps me get in the right frame of mind for the discussions.
I'm glad you enjoyed the "No Good". My teacher told me that she ratted us out to you. I suspect "they" will rat us out to more folks since they got such a charge out of it. Hopefully they've remembered that it's about having fun.
As for Seamair Ifreann, I think we need a new name since we've inducted more conspirators outside the Clover. And I can only advise you to stay tuned for future "No Good" because we have a few more wet-footed adventures coming up. heh, heh, heh!
