yes, I'm finally listening to that advice. It's a hard mindset to adopt "eat more to feel better" if you've been fighting to lose weight. But there it is. If I eat something after work out, then I can work out well the next day. If I don't, I stumble through my work out the following day. (And I stumble all day long... litterally. LOL)
