THEBLK borrowed a chemise. I whipped one out Saturday night. I found the silk one. In the end, I had a few extras, which meant we dressed up some of the loittering, unsuspecting volunteers. heh, heh, heh.
But I was super-organized. I had a bag to go with each dress. The bag was labelled and inside it had belt, head piece, chemise, sleeves, pins, lacing and a list of those things. On the sheet with the list was the sequence of getting dressed. I was trying to cut down on the chaos and it really helped.
Too bad we didn't manage to get your wedding ensembles in it. Andrew's in particular would have been a unique example of piecing.
Now I need to put all that stuff back where it goes. Hmm. I wonder when I'll get that done? I really tore up the sewing room to find everything. Now I need to put it away so I don't lose it all.
