Yes, I love having a space that I have control over, that I don't have to maintain it kid-safe, and it actually surveys a large chunck of the yard so if the kids are running around, I can keep an eye on them.
Home Depot - pre-contructed sheds - awesome. It's the barn-looking one, which has enough ceiling space for a loft. I should probably take pictures of the interior ... although I have a freebie account, so I'd have to e-mail them or something. I wouldn't be able to post them here.
