Jan. 19th, 2008 08:58 amOn Monday I was back in my target weight zone (144-146). (Which still boggles me that I had enough weight to lose to get to this. Anyway, I digress).
Monday: 144.5
Tuesday: 144.5
Wednesday: 144.5 (1)
Thursday: 146.5 (2)
Friday: 146.5 (1)
Saturday: 144.0
Interesting. I ate, I went up, I continued to eat, and my weight dropped down. This makes me think I was starving myself. The next 3-1/2 weeks should be interesting.
(1) Eat after workout. Intent: Eat at least 3/4 of my burned calories and 75% of what I eat is protein. This is related to eating calories to replenish the calories I burn due to fitness activities. On Wednesday, I had 7 APs (WW: activity points); I ate 6 additonal points of food and 4 of those were broiled chicken. On Friday I had 10 APs, I ate 8 extra points
(2) Day of rest. However, to prove to myself that I'm not obsessive, I ate something kind of late and journaled that against my 35 flex points. Okay - maybe that just proves I'm obsessive. I'm trying to not freak over the number on the scale and trying to not cut back on calories to get it back down. I'm probably obsessed about not letting the scale make the choices.
