Fitness and Nutritional Developments (2)

I continuted w/ eating after workouts with a focus on lean protein and high-fiber carbs. However, we had a b-day party on Saturday (N turned 7!) and the post-Chuck-E-Cheese gig at our place featured burned pizza rolls and good red wine and some amazing low cal bean dip and London Broil... mmm....(among other tasty things). Yeah, I blew all 35 weekly points that night plus 10 more for good measure. I thought I was going to die the next morning. My body was definitely sending me signals that I should never do that again and that I shouldn't try to move very quickly. I ignored the "please let's just lay around in a coma all day" impulse and got my patooty to the gym at 7:30 for an 8am spin class. Oh Yeah! I gotta burn those calories before they get too comfy and have to be chiselled off. Then I joined a friend for a bike ride around 1pm and we pedalled for a bit over an hour.
No fitness Monday or Tuesday (sick). Stayed w/i my daily points. Which means I did 2 bike events on Sunday and then no other fitness before my Weigh-In Wednesday morning.
Something I've noticed is that previously my daily "low weight" was first thing in the morning. NOW it's first thing before bedtime. The delta is about 2 lb.
