Speaking as someone who has been off my knee since February and just started back exercising, be aware that it will take time to get back to where you were. You don't suck -- you're coming off an injury. If you push too hard now you'll just hurt yourself again. Be gentle with yourself for a little while, and set expectations accordingly so you won't be disappointed. And remember: Never give up! Never surrender!
