Beautiful Day
Oct. 25th, 2005 10:32 amIt is an amazingly beautiful day out. And I'm full of caffeine, so I can't help my urge to share my sun-shiney outlook. Hooray for Tuesday. It's bright, clear and the sky is sooo pretty.
On the surgery front, recovery seems to be speeding up. Chills last night, but he rested so much better than he has all week, he was talking about picking the kids up from school today. What a turn around in energy level that is!! I don't really expect he'll be feeling up to this, but his mood is a good indicator on how he's feeling. Yay!
And (drum roll) I dragged myself to the gym last night at 9:30 pm. By nature I'm not a "night" gym person - once I'm home I don't like to go out again. I would prefer to roll out of bed at 4 am and go work out, but right now that doesn't work. So I dressed in gym clothes right when I got home, spent the evening talking myself up, and grabbed John Stakely's novel, "Armor" to read on the life-cycle.
