Chevron, the epilogue
Jan. 7th, 2008 09:45 amI am not surprised.
This is as much for my records as for warning friends and family. You are hereby advised by me (again) to avoid the Chevron Station on Whipple Ave in Redwood City, CA.
I thanked them for their response, told them I'd be happy to forward Mr Oyster's lack of taking ownership to friends and cohorts. I like how I'm "aggressive". Yes, of course I was. Once you told me I had to wait until morning. I would have had more respect if Mr. Oyster'd covered his ass differently. Like - "there was miscommunication and the situation was not fully apparent until further investigation and after looking into blah blah blah" and then an action plan for future incidents. Oh well. That's why he's the station owner and not a successful corporate executive: small vision.
( more gobbledy gook )
