I'm shooting for a 10-min mile. I'm training my long runs at 10-min mile and my shorter runs (less than 5 miles) at 9-9.5 min mile. That's not a great breakdown... my fast days should be faster than 9, but my training window is getting smaller and I'm really focusing on finishing at something faster than a walk. heh.
