Ode to an Urn

I've been joking that the RSN Class was like Embroidery Boot Camp. Definitely not for the faint of heart or dilletantes. It was awesome and I'm writing a favorable review for them (they kindly provide a questionaire for us to fill out and return). I've caught up on my sleep but I'm still dreaming about stitching pearl purl such that the threads are invisible-ish and I can feel the caluses on my finger tips even when I'm not looking.
I am still percolating on the roll that taking an RSN class fits in my life: I like it. I like LEARNING from the pros. I'm tired of discovery by trial-n-error. I like being coached by someone who's "been there and done that" and who went on to do needlework in a professional arena.
