July 2, Day 2

Today I am exhausted, but it's only physical. (There is irony somewhere in that statement.) I feel like I'm moving through water as I walk and I might wobble out of balance and careen into something. The careening around isn't unusual, but it would be from wobbly muscles and not my own natural ability to walk into stuff. It's like the muscles are "chatting", as opposed to "screaming", as I move around. But I feel good, too.

Cue Twilight zone music. Umm.. I totally scarffed down lunch at Chevy's: 2 shrimp/crab enchiladas, the whole serving of black beans and half the rice. I wonder how many millions of points that was? I will probably look it up, but ... meh! Whatever. I only stopped on the rice when I realized I'd out-eaten the boss and the other male co-worker and I got self-conscious. I actually feel a lot better physically from lunch AND I feel alert. Usually I'm ready for a nap after a lunch like that. Weird.

@@ Note about right shoulder: r-shoulder is weaker. Probably that old karate/lifting injury, but the shoulder kept hunching oddly and my lats/back muscles kept trying to compensate, so I backed down the weights to work on form.
