Fitness and other boring stuff.

Fitness:
yesterday afterwork:
life cycle: 45 minutes; level 6/7; 260+ cal
glider: 12 minutes; level 4; 100 cal
I got on the glider as an experiment knowing full well I might regret it today. I quit glider early because my left foot was feeling "mushy". I can't explain except the soft tissue didn't feel like it was staying stuck where it's supposed to be. So I got off and called it quits for the day - made my saving throw against "macho". However, I don't feel especially "more" messed up today than I did yesterday. I'm going to start tracking my foot.
Fitness:
Today: TBD, but I'm intending to go to the gym afterwork. And I'm intending to go to Concord BART practice at 8pm.
Foot handicap/pain: moderate.
Stress: High
Last Migraine: 7/29
Last headaches: 8/5, 8/6, 8/8
Walking to lunch today was painful, but not excruciating. Maybe I'm getting used to it. It is a little achier today than yesterday which is probably due to using the gym's glider yesterday. However, it's not scary-bad and not as bad as it's been previously when I've done no exertion.
Migraines & headaches: I've decided to start tracking these since they've been cropping up more frequently than previously. Last full migrain was July 29; blindness, naseau, & pain after 800 mg ibuprofen and lasting for 3 hours. Last weekend I had a low level headache all weekend with queasy stomach.
Health: I'm not feeling very healthy. I'm tired, I crave comfort foods and I'm stressed. I'm working on thinking positive thoughts. I think that I'll start feeling better about life if I can get myself to the gym regularly. It's something I enjoy and it always gives me a sense of control over my life when I can make time for it in my life. That always cheers me up.
