Signs on my office door today:
WFI review in Progress
If you don’t have brownies, don’t knock
Boring
Didn't make it to the gym on Tuesday nor to practice. F didn't come home from work until after 9pm.
However:
Wed
Foot: moderate to light pain
headache - mild in the morning (definitely work related)
Bike: 50 minutes
Biceps: 30#/12; 30#/12; 30#/10
Hammery Crunchy: 30#/12; 30#/10; 30#/10
Hip AD; 70#/12; 70#/10; 70#/10
Hip AB; 70#/10; 70#/10; 70#/10
Thursday:
Foot: moderate to light
headache - mild in the morning (definitely work related)
Quite sore from Wed workout
BART practice - about 1/2 hr of slow work (determined I need to work on my shoulders)
My shield sucks and I poked the husband, who'll be working on my new one this weekend. And I gave my self a raw spot on my neck which looks like a hickey today. Everyone stares, but only George asked about it and that was at lunch.
Fri:
Foot: high pain
headache - none
General health - if I can keep away from the bakery across the street and avoid vending machine pick-me-ups while I'm reviewing a MOUNTAIN of paper work, I'll feel like I'm making progress.
Bike: 30 minutes
Fairly sore in arms and shoulders from Wed work out and Thrusday practice. I can't straighten my arms without pain. Plus running late for work, so quit early with promise to myself to go in early tomorrow morning.
