Health Update

threadwalkerBlah. on injured list. 2 days of bed rest for hurt back (Mon & Tues). I'm back to work and standing at my PC.
How did I do this? just unlucky. I spent a day viewing video at work (boring stuff), got achey, and then leaned funny on Friday. Feh! No working out. No sitting w/o extreme pain. No whining, so I'll stop.
